High Quality Full-Sized Audubon Reproductions

These reproductions are unique in that they are first generation prints, meaning they are just one step away from the actual originals.  While others, such as the fine Amsterdam and Abbeville editions, were produced by copying small photographs of originals, making them copies of a copy (two steps away, or second generation prints), the Princeton Collection was produced by copying the originals themselves, which we purchased and physically used in our reproduction process.

There are no other Audubon prints in the world produced through this direct-camera process.  And no other prints in the world can match the unique results, namely incredible detail and color fidelity. These true Audubon reproductions set the standard for museum-quality Audubon reproductions.

"The Princeton Collection represents a remarkable example of historic accuracy and beauty.  No other modern Audubon edition gives collectors the quality and value of the Princeton edition. Audubon himself would no doubt be impressed by the superior workmanship in each print."  Glen Mullen, Gallery Manager, Audubon House & Gallery, Key West Florida, USA

"They are true prints - great paper, incredible detail and true colors."  Bill Steiner, field ecologist, Audubon print collector, and author of Audubon Art Prints: A Collector's Guide to Every Edition (Editor's note: On page 89 of Mr. Steiner's book,  he rates the quality of all Audubon print editions.  Just after the original Audubon/Havells he places the Princeton Collection, followed by Abbeville, Amsterdam, Ariel and others.)
