Before placing an order, please note the following conditions of sale.

Clients have a 7-day period of cancellation after the delivery of the Portfolio. Refunds resulting from client returns will excluding packaging and shipping charges.

Portfolio availability, delivery terms

Orders for the numbered copies of the Portfolio will be processed in the order in which they are received. The Portfolio will not be reprinted. In a case where Main Fleurie or Japan paper is sold out, the customer will be offered an alternative available paper type and will be reimbursed accordingly.

Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer. Please indicate a complete address and telephone number on the order form so that delivery can be made during the appropriate hours.

Delivery will be made within a one month of receipt of the order and payment.

Orders, method of payment

Payment in US Dollars may be made by check or bank transfer. The price includes the Portfolio and VAT. Buyer will pay packaging and shipping charges based on their location. Please Contact Us for a shipping quote. For orders outside of the United States of America, the customer must assume responsibility for any taxes, duties, VAT or other importation charges levied by the country of residence.

Damages during transport

In the event that the package suffers damage during transport, Les Editions de la Main Fleurie will assume responsibility (or replace the Portfolio) Any damage claims must be made immediately upon receipt.

Responsibility

Les Editions de la Main Fleurie will only use customer name and address information for internal purposes and in accordance with the protection of information law of June 1st, 1978.

Property rights

It is agreed that any product delivered remains the property of S.N.C. Editions de la Main Fleurie until complete payment thereof is received by Frishman LLC.
